To help you identify if counselling is right for you, I offer an initial 15 minute telephone consultation free of charge. During this session, we can briefly discuss the circumstances that bring you to counselling, discuss how we can work together, and you can ask any questions or raise concerns you may have. At this point there is no commitment, and you can think about whether you wish to continue with therapy.
I am based in Nottingham but work online with clients from all over the UK.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

I offer 50-minute zoom sessions at £50 each and operate a prepayment system.

Payment is via a mobile payment link and is due 48 hours in advance of our session.

Please note that cancellation of a session requires 24 hours' notice or payment will be retained.

WORKING HOURS

My working hours vary according to availability, but I offer both daytime & evening sessions.

Please let me know when you’re available, so that zoom sessions can be booked. We will usually book in subsequent sessions together at the end of each session. These usually take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
